How you Save:
- Less expense for you.
- No additional billing for amounts over usual and customary on most services.
- Less expense for you for your covered dependent's orthodontia services (if applicable).
- If your dentist charges less, you pay less.
How it Works:
- Select a dentist in a network near you.
- Contact the network dentist, of your choice, for an appointment.
- The dentist can contact our Eligibility Department at (855) 517-5307 for Benefits.
